Dr. Matthias Fuchs

Dr. Matthias Fuchs is an Assistant Professor in marketing at EHL and a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He researches digital customer behavior, product and service configurators, and customer feedback. He teaches marketing and computational thinking.
Dr. Matthias Fuchs received his Ph.D. in marketing from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in 2021, where he was the managing director of the Center for Innovation (CFI-HSG) and head of Custom Executive Education Programs at the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight (IMC-HSG). Before pursuing his Ph.D., he spent more than six years in brand management, marketing management, and strategy consulting at Procter & Gamble, Coty Inc., and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He holds two master’s degrees from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), the Norwegian School of Economics and Business (NHH), and the Global Alliance in Management Education (CEMS). He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU).

Tamara Tovisi

Project Coordinator at EHL

Tamara Tovisi is a Project Coordinator at the EHL Hospitality Business School. She graduated from EHL in the summer of 2020 and started working as a Teaching Assistant in the marketing department. During the 2 years that she spent in this role, she covered all the marketing courses offered by the university which allowed her to gain a 360° insider knowledge of the marketing related topics. She also assisted in additional projects linked to Customer Experience Management and Tourism. For example, she assisted the Resilient Tourism Flagship Project, by coordinating over 30 partners on a national digitalization initiative in the Swiss Tourism Sector. 

Tamara is always looking to challenge herself and learn new things, specifically in the world of luxury and hospitality. In 2023, she concluded her Dual-Degree Master in International Luxury Management at NEOMA Business School in France, followed by POLIMI GsM in Italy. After completing a fixed-term position supporting the Retail department of Hublot (LVMH), she has now joined the ICEM team. She speaks fluent English, Hungarian, and French, with some basic knowledge of German.
